In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "luck96", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the luck96 platform, its operators, and its affiliates, operating the website accessible at luck96.app and all associated mobile applications.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who registers an account on the luck96 platform or otherwise accesses and uses the services offered.
• "Account" — means the registered player account created on the luck96 platform through which a player accesses all services.
• "Services" — refers collectively to the online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, promotions, and all other features available on the luck96 platform.
• "Funds" — refers to the Pakistani Rupee (PKR) balance held within a player's luck96 account, including deposited amounts and any bonus credits where applicable.

• "Wagering Requirement" — means the minimum total amount a player must wager before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn from the account.

6. You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. All account activity must be conducted solely in your own name and for your own benefit.

luck96 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your eligibility at any stage. This may include a copy of your CNIC, a recent utility bill, or bank statement. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

You are solely and entirely responsible for the security of your luck96 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. luck96 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a unique, strong password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account from the security settings panel.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify luck96 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

luck96 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. All transactions completed through your account while your credentials were active will be treated as authorised unless you have notified us of a compromise in a timely manner.

You are responsible for ensuring that all personal details held on your account remain accurate and current. Any changes to your name, address, phone number, or payment details must be updated promptly through the account settings section and may require additional KYC verification.

luck96 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK. Deposits from payment methods not registered in your own name will not be accepted and may be returned after deduction of any applicable processing fees.

Deposits: Funds deposited via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically reflected in your luck96 account balance within thirty seconds of a successful transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to clear depending on your bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawals: All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of the luck96 KYC verification process. Until KYC is completed to luck96's satisfaction, withdrawals will not be processed. Once verified, withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days. luck96 reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawals in line with its anti-money laundering obligations.

• Minimum deposit amount: Rs 500

• Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
• luck96 does not charge players any internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside luck96's control.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in a separate bonus balance and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be transferred to your withdrawable balance.
• Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Uncompleted bonuses will expire and be removed from your account automatically.

• Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously.

All bets and wagers placed on the luck96 platform are final once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for verifying the details of each bet before confirmation. luck96 will not accept cancellation requests for bets that have already been confirmed and where the relevant event or game round has commenced.

Sports Betting: All sports betting markets, including PSL cricket, Pakistan internationals, football, UFC, and kabaddi, are governed by luck96's Sportsbook Rules, which are published separately within the sports betting section of the platform. In the event of ambiguity, the Sportsbook Rules take precedence over these general Terms for sports-related disputes.

Casino & Live Dealer: All casino game outcomes are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems, independently audited by accredited testing laboratories. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical dealing of cards or spinning of wheels, streamed in real time. The result displayed by the platform at the conclusion of each game round is final.

• luck96 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, system malfunction, or data feed error has materially affected the integrity of the outcome.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round will be resolved according to the game's standard rules. luck96 is not liable for connection issues on the player's side.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the luck96 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Opening or operating more than one luck96 account simultaneously or at any point after a previous account has been closed.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any subsequent communication with luck96.
• Using the luck96 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financially criminal purpose.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform's software to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luck96 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised account access where you failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or technical failure of the platform, including server downtime, connectivity issues, or software bugs.
• Any inaccuracy in odds, game results, or payout calculations caused by a data feed error or third-party provider failure, where luck96 has taken reasonable steps to correct the error upon discovery.
• Any loss of winnings or gaming opportunities resulting from account suspension carried out in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

luck96's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their luck96 account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude luck96's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

luck96 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire player base. Gaming on the luck96 platform should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

Every luck96 account holder has access to the following responsible gaming tools, all of which can be activated directly from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately and can be decreased at any time. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent luck96 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief before any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent imminent harm.

Where changes are material — meaning they affect player rights, payment terms, or bonus conditions in a meaningful way — luck96 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice to registered players via the email address on their account before the changes take effect.

Non-material amendments, including clarifications, corrections of typographical errors, and structural reorganisations that do not affect the substance of the terms, may be made without prior notice and will take effect upon publication.
